STRUFFOLI (Pignolati/Cicerchiata)

Come and join me and my dad-our family’s head fryer for a fun and hands-on class where we’ll be making struffoli, also known as pignolati or cicerchiata. These golden, honey-drenched treats are a Christmas favourite in our family, and we can’t wait to share our tips and traditions with you.
